Life doesn’t always follow the path we imagined. Together, we can explore your experiences and find ways to navigate life on your own terms.

People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. Sometimes something specific has happened; other times, you may just know that something in your life isn’t working the way you want it to. I work with teens, young adults, and adults to explore these experiences and the ways they may be affecting how you feel, relate, and move through life.

Dr. Sharon Lemire, DSW, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience working with individuals across different stages of life. I earned my Doctorate of Social Work from the University of Southern California and my Master of Social Work from the University of New Hampshire.

My approach to therapy is strengths-based, client-centered, and collaborative. I work with teens, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety and overwhelm, ADHD and neurodivergence, relationship and family challenges, trauma and difficult past experiences, and periods of transition or change.

I believe therapy should be shaped by the person in the room. Our work might involve exploring experiences that continue to affect you, recognizing patterns in relationships or within yourself, developing practical tools for challenges you’re facing now, or simply having the space to better understand what you need and what matters to you.

Rather than approaching therapy with a predetermined idea of where you should end up, I see my role as working alongside you—building on the strengths you already have while helping you find ways to navigate your life on your own terms.
